1. Organisasi ini hanya dapat dibubarkan oleh rapat umum anggota yang diadakan khusus untuk hal itu dan dihadiri paling sedikit oleh 2/3 (duapertiga) dari jumlah anggota.
2. Apabila organisasi dibubarkan, segala harta benda organisasi diserahkan kepada badan-badan atau perkumpulan-perkumpulan yang ditentukan oleh rapat tersebut.

Pasal 14
1. Pembina menentukan segala perselisihan dalam penafsiran Anggaran Dasar dan Anggaran Rumah tangga.
2. Hal-hal yang belum diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar ini dimuat dalam Anggaran Rumah Tangga (ART) sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan Anggaran Dasar.
3. Anggaran Rumah Tangga disusun dan dirubah dalam rapat anggota menurut suara terbanyak.
4. Mengenai segala sesuatu yang tidak diatur dalam Anggaran Dasar /Anggaran Rumah Tangga dan keputusan rapat umum anggota, Pengurus pusat bertindak menurut kebijaksanaannya sepanjang tidak bertentangan dengan Anggaran Dasar / Anggaran Rumah Tangga maupun keputusan rapat umum anggota. Terhadap keputusan mengenai hal tersebut diatas dimintakan pengesahannya pada rapat umum anggota.
