The Guarantor hereby expressly, irrevocably and unconditionally waives, in favor of the Lessor: (i) any and all of its rights, protection, privileges and defenses provided by law to a guarantor and in particular waives the provisions in Articles 1430, 1831, 1837, and 1847 through 1850 of the Indonesian Civil Code; (ii) any notice of acceptance of this Guarantee, and also presentments, demands, protests and notices of dishonor, as the case may be, of any and all of the Guaranteed Obligations. No failure or delay by the Lessor to exercise any right, power or privilege shall operate as a waiver thereof nor shall any single or partial exercise of such right, power or privilege preclude any further exercise thereof of any other rights, powers or privileges.
