ehubungan dengan prjanjian sewa menyewa No.002 tertanggal 7 februari 2011 dan addendum No.2 tertanggal 19 janurari 2012 yang telah ditandatangani oleh kedua belah pihak perihal perjanijian sewa gudang seluas 2300 M2(tiga ribu dua ratus meter persegi) yang terletak di jalan daan mogot KM21 akan segera berakhir jangka waktu sewanya dan setelah dilakukan perundingan maka kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk memperpanjang jangka waktu sewa gudang dengan ketentuan dan syarat sebagai berikut
