oleh karena saudara tidak masuk kerja selama 3 hari berturut turut tanpa pemberitahuan yaitu pada tanggal 5,6,7 September 2011 ,maka sesuai dengan surat Ketentuan Kesepakatan Kerja saudara kami beri peringatan agar tidak melakukan ataupun mengulangi tindakan tersebut.
