Resort credits are valid per room only and for the services described above. Restaurant voucher not valid on imported wine. Yhi Spa voucher not valid for DECLEOR treatments and products.
Resort credits are not transferable and cannot be accumulated.
Resort credits can only be used during the stay at the hotel and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the guest uses resort credits for a value higher than the cost of the service used, no cash will be given for the difference.
Not valid per groups or more than 9 reservations together or weddings.
Resort Credits apply only to the full menu list price, not to offers or other promotions available at the hotel.
Room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of guests' arrival and cannot be booked in advance.
The voucher must be handed in when the service is requested and cannot be used to pay for services when checking out.
All discounts must be applied at the facilities when the service is acquired; no vouchers will be accepted during guest check-out.
Services are subject to change with no prior notice.
