KETENTUAN PERALIHAN
Pasal 12
(1) Sediaan BTP Pembawa dan Pangan mengandung BTP Pembawa yang telah
memiliki persetujuan pendaftaran harus menyesuaikan dengan ketentuan
dalam Peraturan ini paling lama 1 (satu) tahun sejak diundangkannya
Peraturan ini.
(2) Sediaan BTP Pembawa dan Pangan mengandung BTP Pembawa yang
sedang diajukan permohonan perpanjangan persetujuan pendaftaran
sebelum diberlakukannya Peraturan ini, tetap diproses berdasarkan
PeBAB VIII

Pasal 12
(1) Sediaan BTP Pembawa dan Pangan mengandung BTP Pembawa yang telah
memiliki persetujuan pendaftaran harus menyesuaikan dengan ketentuan
