1. Untuk rekonsiliasi balasan konfirmasi purchase dari Muro Corp, masih terdapat selisih sebesar USD 242,071 (lihat lampiran sheet “Confirmation”). Mohon untuk direkon.
2. Untuk letter of support, kami masih pending untuk revisi letter of support dari Muro Corporation.
3. Untuk 5 years projection, kami sudah menerima namun kami akan mengecek kembali terkait asumsi-asumsi yang digunakan oleh Perusahaan.
4. Untuk Corporate Income Tax Calculation, kami sudah menerima dan akan kami cek kembali dengan TB yang terakhir (jika sudah tidak ada pergerakan angka lagi)
5. Untuk Inventories, kami sudah menerima atas permintaan penambahan sample kami, dan kami masih dalam pengecekan.
6. Untuk Post Employement Benefit, kami masih memerlukan final draft aktuaria yang di approval dari pihak aktuaria, dan masih pending atas asumsi-asumsi yang digunakan untuk di approve oleh pihak perusahaan.
