Tahun ini duta grind Indonesia Noxa kembali dengan full album bertajuk Legacy yang dirilis resmi oleh Off The Records/Bravo Musik Indonesia dengan formasi terbaru : Ade (gitar), Tonny Christian (vokal), Nyoman Biomantara (bas), dan Alvin Eka Putra (dram).

Legacy menghadirkan 19 track grind tipikal, tanpa basa basi, tanpa solo yang bertele tele, tanpa durasi panjang yang semuanya terus berakumulasi bersama tempo cepat dan distorsi tebal. Seluruh track melaju hampir tanpa jeda dan antikendur, lewat materi grindcore bersama lirik sosial (beberapa hadir bersama elemen thrash metal) materi dalam album ini akan terus menginvasi telinga dengan kualitas rekaman yang baik.

Ada nuansa baru di album Noxa sekarang, salah satunya adalah beat hardcore pada drum yang dihadirkan personel baru Alvin sebagai pengganti drummer mereka, almarhum Robin Hutagaol yang kontribusinya masih mengalir untuk album ini. Robin sempat mengisi track 13-19 album Legacy saat Noxa melakukan lawatan ke festival di Finlandia pada tahun 2008. Salah satu yang menarik dari Legacy adalah hadirnya kolaborator lintas negara, seperti pada nomor “Permanent Midnight” yang liriknya di tulis oleh Jason Netherton, bassist & vokalis dari band deathgrind asal Maryland AS, Misery Index dan “My Own Worst Enemy” ditulis vokalis sekaligus pendiri band crust punk/Grindcore, Phobia dari California, Shance McLachlan. Hadirnya album ketiga yang di pasarkan di Asia, Amerika dan Eropa ini tidak hanya sekedar rilisan baru untuk band sekelas Noxa, tetapi juga bukti eksistensi atau sebuah karya yang menegaskan jika band Indonesia sekaligus Asia pertama yang menggelar tur di Skandinavia ini tetap bangkit sepeninggal drummer mereka Robin.
