PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) mengh

PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menghentikan sementara (suspensi) saham PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP). Penghentian ini dilakukan di seluruh pasar sejak sesi pertama perdagangan saham.

Demikian seperti disampaikan Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan Group 2 BEI, Umi Kulsum, dan Kepala Divisi Operasional Perdagangan BEI, Eko Siswanto, dalam laporannya di keterbukaan informasi BEI, Kamis (2/4/2015).

Suspensi ini, tutur Umi, merujuk pada pemberitaan di sebuah harian pada Kamis 2 April 2015 dengan judul "Hary Tanoe Mengakuisisi Bank Pundi". Perseroan pun belum memberikan keterbukaan informasi mengenai pemberitaan tersebut secara resmi kepada publik.

"Maka, dalam rangka menjaga pasar yang teratur, wajar, dan efisien, Bursa memutuskan untuk melakukan penghentian sementara perdagangan efek MNC Kapital Indonesia di seluruh pasar sejak sesi pertama perdagangan hari ini hingga pengumuman lebih lanjut," jelas Umi.

Oleh karena itu, Bursa meminta kepada pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan untuk selalu memperhatikan keterbukaan
informasi yang disampaikan oleh Perseroan.
