Regarding IFA-EB situation, against the request of 13 persons, we currently have 11 candidates.
To match EB's request, we will make the schedule as following.

(Jan 14, IFA-EWC 6th 4 person return from EWC)
Jan 26 - send 6 persons to EB as IFA-EB 4th. (stay in Japan
(Jan 30, IFA-EB 2nd 2 person return from EB)
Feb 14, send 7 persons to EB as IFA EB 5th (still need 2 more candidate)


To Section Head - Considering the 6 person returning in Jan, please kindly provide 2 more candidate to go to
Japan (EB) from Feb 14th schedule.


To GA - Please kindly start Passport processing for the 11 candidates in the attached file. The members who
will depart on Jan 26 or Feb 14 will be announced later.
