Daulah Khilafah sebagai kepemimpinan umum bagi seluruh kaum muslimin di dunia untuk menegakkan hukum-hukum Syariat Islam dan mengembang risalah Islam ke seluruh penjuru dunia.

Demokrasi , Sekularism dan Communism telah terbukti gagal menyatukan rakyat dan gagal melahirkan keamanan dan keharmonian di kalangan masyrakat.Hal ini terjadi kerana mereka terlampau sibuk mengerja nikmat duniawi dan lupa pada hari akhirat dan hukum hakam Allah S.W.T.

Kegemilangan negera-negara Islam dibawah fahaman daulah khilafah telah terbukti di dalam sejarah-sejarah Islam.Sebagai contoh zaman Khulafaq Ar-Rasyidin,Bani Umaiyyah ,Bani Abbasiyah dan Bani Uthamniyah berjaya menegakkan syariat Allah S.W.T dan mengecapi kegemilangan kerana tidak melupakan tanggungjawab mereka sebagai umat Islam dan lebih mencintai jihad daripada dunia
