Terlampir PO & Purchasing forecast

Terlampir PO & Purchasing forecast bulan October untuk jadwal produksi bulan Desember 2015 & Januari 2016. Saya mengerti system ini cukup susah untuk dijalankan, akan tetapi mohon kerja samanya dalam mengisi forecast ini.
1. Mohon kirimkan kembali PO dan Purchasing Forecast ini setelah diisi dengan lengkap (beserta dengan status stok) paling lambat pada tanggal 5 October 2015.
2. Harap perhatikan stock CL408NX (214units) yang masih cukup banyak, agar tidak terjadi penumpukan yang berlebihan.
3. Tidak ada URGENT REQUEST untuk jenis printer & sparepart apapun.
4. LM408 sudah discontinued, jika mungkin mohon diarahkan ke penjualan CL4NX saja.
5. Mohon dicek status printer lama yang masih digunakan oleh customer agar dapat disiapkan stok sparepart yang dibutuhkan (terutama print head / mainboard)
6. Saat ini stock CL612NX tanpa bluetooth 10 units. Jika sudah ada penawaran ke customer maka dapat ditambahkan di forecast.
7. Sparepart dengan kode barang "W" wajib dimasukkan ke dalam forecast bulan ini.
8. Mohon didiskusikan apakah kita sebaiknya menyetok unit MB4, M84Pro & CT dikarenakan jika membeli dari GMC lain harga kirim menjadi sangat mahal.
9. SC tidak dapat menerima revisi forecast setelah kita mengirim PO

2. Please monitor Stock of CL408NX (214units) to avoid overload in our warehouse.
3. There is NO URGENT REQUEST for any type of printer & sparepart.
4. LM408 has been discontinued, if possible please help direct it to CL4NX.
5. Please check if there is any customer using our old printer (GT, CL-e, MB, etc) so we can prepare the sparepart stock. (especially for printhead & mainboard)
6. Currently our CL6NX without Bluetooth stock is 2 units cL608NX & 11 units CL612NX. Kindly add in the forecast if you already have inquiry from customers.
7. Sparepart with part code "W" need to be input in this forecast.
8. Please discuss shall we keep stocks for item MB4, M84Pro & CT if because we buy it from other GMC, freight cost become so expensive.
9. SC unable to accept any amend after we send PO
