JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Pekan lalu, sejumlah pihak mulai dari Bank Indonesia (BI), Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (Apindo), hingga Ombudsman meragukan program pengampunan pajak atau tax amnesty mampu mencapai target.

Meski begitu, kebijakan yang berlaku sejak 1 Juni 2016 itu terus berjalan, bahkan dari pekan ke pekan terjadi peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.

Berdasarkan data Direktorat Jenderal Pajak Kementerian Keuangan yang dikutip Kompas.com di Jakarta, Selasa (13/9/2016), dana yang sudah dideklarasikan Rp 386,6 triliun, dana repatriasi Rp 19 triliun, dan uang tebusan Rp 9,3 triliun.

Secara nilai, angka tersebut memang masih jauh dari target semula yakni dana deklarasi Rp 4.000 triliun, dana repatriasi Rp 1.000, dan uang tebusan Rp 165 triliun.

Namun, dibandingkan pekan lalu, realisasi program tersebut menunjukan tren kenaikan yang signifikan. Awal pekan lalu dana deklarasi masih Rp 195 triliun, dana repatriasi Rp 12,9 triliun, dan uang tebusan Rp 4,4 triliun.

Tren kenaikan realisasi tax amnesty menjelang pekan kedua September sudah diprediksi pemerintah. Sebab September ini adalah bulan terakhir periode pertama tax amnesty dengan tarif terendah yakni 2 persen.

Sebelumnya, Gubernur Bank Indonesia (BI) Agus Martowardojo memperkirakan realisasi program pengampunan pajak tidak akan memenuhi target.

BI memperkirakan dana tebusan tax amnesty hanya Rp 21 triliun dan dana repatriasi hanya Rp 180 triliun sampai 31 Maret 2017.

Menanggapi hal itu, Menteri Koordinator Perekonomian Darmin Nasution meminta Bank Indonesia (BI) tidak buru-buru menjustifikasi target tax amnesty tidak akan tercapai.

"Ini masih berjalan, jangan buru-burulah sebut Rp 21 triliun," ujar Darmin di Kantor Kementerian Koordinator Perekonomian, Jakarta, Jumat (9/9/2016).
