Dalam rangka untuk senantiasa meningkatkan serta memberikan pelayanan dan pengelolaan gedung Townsquare Surabaya yang lebih baik dari tahun ke tahun, melalui surat ini kami bermaksud menyampaikan kepada seluruh Penyewa/Tenant di gedung Townsquare Surabaya bahwa :

“ Terhitung sejak tanggal 1 Februari 2017, Biaya Pelayanan (Service Charge) kami tetapkan menjadi sebesar Rp.125.000,- (Seratus Dua Puluh Lima Ribu Rupiah) per meter persegi per bulan. Adapun mengenai pembayaran pertama kali jumlah Biaya Pelayanan yang baru tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan cara pembayaran di muka (payment in advance) atau sesuai dengan ketentuan Perjanjian Sewa yang berlaku ”.

Adapun pertimbangan yang melatarbelakangi ketetapan harga baru service charge tersebut diatas adalah :

1. Kenaikan harga komponen-komponen biaya pelayanan dan pengelolaan Gedung.

2. Bahwa berdasarkan ketentuan Exhibit A Lease Condition to Lease Agreement, Article 4.2. (huruf e) dan Article 4.2. (huruf h), yang pada intinya menyatakan bahwa Pihak Manajemen memiliki hak, berdasarkan pertimbangan sendiri, untuk merubah serta menyesuaikan tingkat harga biaya pelayanan ini dari waktu ke waktu sepanjang dirasa perlu untuk menyediakan pelayanan dan pengelolaan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan ketentuan Perjanjian Sewa.
