1. Berdasarkan permohonan SII kepad
1. Berdasarkan permohonan SII kepada SAG maka SAG menugaskan Karyawan yang dengan ini menerima penugasan tersebut untuk ditempatkan di ASO untuk posisi dan jabatan sebagaimana akan disebutkan dalam lampiran Perjanjian ini.
2. Selama ditempatkan di ASO maka gaji, fasilitas dan tunjangan yang diperoleh Karyawan tidak akan lebih kecil dari gaji, fasilitas dan tunjangan yang selama ini diperoleh dari SAG.
3. Dengan berlakunya Perjanjian ini maka segala hak dan kewajiban SAG terhadap Karyawan beralih kepada ASO, oleh karenanya SII berkewajiban menjamin isi perjanjian dan pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban kepada Karyawan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik.
4. Penugasan dan penempatan Karyawan di ASO berdasarkan Perjanjian ini tidak memutuskan hubungan kerja antara SAG dan Karyawan, karenanya selama Perjanjian ini berlangsung maka Perjanjian Kerja dinyatakan tetap berjalan dan berlaku dan Karyawan hanya memiliki hubungan kerja dengan SAG.
2. Selama ditempatkan di ASO maka gaji, fasilitas dan tunjangan yang diperoleh Karyawan tidak akan lebih kecil dari gaji, fasilitas dan tunjangan yang selama ini diperoleh dari SAG.
3. Dengan berlakunya Perjanjian ini maka segala hak dan kewajiban SAG terhadap Karyawan beralih kepada ASO, oleh karenanya SII berkewajiban menjamin isi perjanjian dan pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban kepada Karyawan ini dapat berjalan dengan baik.
4. Penugasan dan penempatan Karyawan di ASO berdasarkan Perjanjian ini tidak memutuskan hubungan kerja antara SAG dan Karyawan, karenanya selama Perjanjian ini berlangsung maka Perjanjian Kerja dinyatakan tetap berjalan dan berlaku dan Karyawan hanya memiliki hubungan kerja dengan SAG.
