1. Akan dibuatkan satu database baru berdasarkan master data terbaru (Product, Customer/Supplier dan Companies).
- Untuk Company saat ini sedang dalam tahap verifikasi pada database TEST
- Untuk Partner saat ini sedang dalam tahap verifikasi pada database Partner_Verify
- Untuk Product sedang menunggu data final master formula dari pihak Nutricell

2. Hanya barang yang lolos dari inspeksi yang dicatatkan ke dalam system sebagai barang yang telah diterima (berikut dengan expiry date-nya).

3. System Aster hanya akan memiliki kontrol terhadap nomor batch/lot dari barang, bukan nomor per karung untuk memfasilitasi kemudahan pergerakan dan instruksi barang di lapangan. Sedangkan sistem Barcode NBS akan mencatat dan memvalidasi per nomor karung, dimana nomor karung akan dicatat pada sistem Aster pada field tambahan dan bersifat hanya informasi saja (non-controlled field).
