Itulah kalimat yang terlontar ketika saya membuka profil mereka di facebook, dan saat itu juga saya tertarik untuk ingin berbincang-bincang dengan salah satu personil mereka.
Kali ini saya mendapat ksempatan untuk mewawancarai salah satu personil mereka via e-mail, dan Danu Nasmitu (vokalis Bomocorah) yang akan menjawabnya...

Halo kawan, apa kabarmu dan juga teman-teman di Bromocorah?
Ada kegiatan apa di base camp Bromocorah saat ini?

Semuanya baik dan sehat....
Kegiatannya kita sedang bikin rencana untuk menguasai dunia persilatan.



Sebelumnya saya mau mengucapkan selamat atas keluarnya debut album kalian,
Bagaimana respon yang telah didapat setelah keluarnya debut album ini?

Terimakasih ya, senang karna penjualan cabai di pasar andir sedang mengalami kenaikan, sedih karna bbm dicabut subsidi.

Bisa ceritakan sedikit tentang proses recording debut album kalian?
Puaskah kalian dengan hasil dari recording tersebut?

Prosesnya cukup panjang, berpindah dari satu studio ke studio lainnya menempuh jarak antarpulau antarkota, sifat manusia adalah tak pernah puas.



Adakah kompilasi yang pernah kalian lakukan?

Konspirasi Thrash 2012 berisi band band pengusung aliran thrashmetal di seluruh Indonesia.

Ceritakan secara singkat tentang band kalian. Kapan terbentuknya dan apakah ada pergantian personil sampai saat ini sejak terbentuknya Bromocorah?

Pada awal mulanya karna keisengan gue (Danu) dan gitaris (Cino) ingin bikin band yang cepat dan menghadirkan aura tahun 80'an lalu kemudian diajaklah Satria yang notabene pemain drum dari band terdahulu si Cino, karena bertiga kurang mumpuni dan soundnya terasa pincang maka kami sepakat merekrut Deny, terbentuk tahun 2008 mengeluarkan demo berisi dua track ("Nikotin" dan "Mutilasi") lalu kemudian pada tahun 2009 mengeluarkan ep. berjudul "Serangan Thrash Pin666iran" yang diedarkan dari mulut kemulut dan di share di sosial media.

Siapa yang mempunyai ide untuk memakai nama Bromocorah? Apakah kalian yakin nama ini cocok dengan jenis music yang kalian mainkan? Apa arti/makna dari nama itu sendiri menurut opini kalian?

Pertanyaannya klise sekali, hahaha Bromocorah itu gue yang kasih nama, yang berartikan bandit ibukota era 70-80'an, cocok atau tidaknya itu kalian yang menentukan.



Band-band apa saja yang mempengaruhi music Bromocorah?

Kami jelas sekali terpengaruh pada musik musik era 80-90'an sebut saja Slayer, Sepultura, Deicide, Cannibal Corpse, Suffocation ,Bennediction, Soltice, Sodom, Nuclear Assault, Obituary, Bathory, Believer, Dark Angel... Hahaha masih banyak lagi lah.

Sejak kapan kamu mulai mendengarkan dan menyukai konsep musick seperti ini?
Apakah kamu menyukainya dari hatimu sendiri atau pengaruh dari teman?

Jujur saja gue dari SD sudah suka dan sering dengerin musik2 seperti ini, karena di sekitar daerah rumah gw dulu musim banget, mural mural logo band2 itu sudah ada yang bikin di tembok2 pagar seputaran rumah gw.
Konsep itu muncul dengan sendirinya aja ketika jamming.



Apa rencana kedepan Bromocorah?

Rencana kedepan ya ga tau deh, yang jelas kita lagi ngurusin buat launching dulu.
