Jakarta, 18/09/2014 MoF (Fiscal) News – Pemerintah dan DPR menetapkan besaran subsidi listrik pada RAPBN 2015 sebesar Rp68,69 triliun, atau turun sekitar 8,59 persen. Menurut Direktur Jendral ketenagalistrikan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Jarman, penentuan ini berdasarkan perkiraan harga Bahan bakar minyak (BBM) sebesar Rp11.900 per liter dan Indonesia Crude Price (ICP) sebesar 105 USD per barel.
"Biarpun besar, jumlah subsidi ini turun 8,59 persen dibandingkan anggaran tahun 2014. Kami mulai menerapkan transisi ke PBR (performance base regulatory) dengan cara mengganti margin dengan insentif investasi," paparnya, seperti dikutip melalui laman infopublik pada Kamis (18/9).
