Adapun dokumen yang terkait dengan supplier adalah sbb :

1. Skill pekerja
- Kualifikasi skill Operator sesuai proses yang ada di Supplier (Heat treatment, Welding, Painting etc )
- Record Training yang sudah dilakukan untuk kualifikasi Operator tersebut.

2. Kontrol Alat Ukur
- Prosedur/ WI Pengontrolan Alat Ukur di Supplier
- Master List Kalibrasi Alat Ukur di Supplier

3. Skill Inspector
- Kualifikasi Inspector di Supplier.
- Record Training yang sudah dilakukan untuk Inspector yang ada .

Mohon dokumen tersebut di atas dapat di kirimkan kepada kami max 7 hari setelah mendapatkan informasi ini ( due date pengiriman ke-3 document tsb adalah 10 Februari 2016 ).
