Selamat pagi dan salam sejahtera pak Yanto dan pak Teguh,
Terima kasih sebelumnya kami ucapkan untuk tim WMS SATO atas kerja sama yang baik dengan Marifood, sampai saat ini kami masih berusaha menggunakan aplikasi WMS dengan optimal walaupun beberapa kali msh terdapat kendala namun sebagian besar kami sudah menemukan solusinya.
Namun ada beberapa kendala yang harus kami sampaikan pada tim SATO karena mungkin hanya tim SATO yg bisa memberikan solusi, antara lain :

1. Penambahan kode barang dibagian bawah QR Code.
Dengan pertimbangan efisiensi penggunaan label, maka dalam pelaksanaan selama ini di lapangan kami membagi/memotong secara manual label menjadi 2 bagian : barcode untuk arsip produksi (tidak ditempel pada palet), QR code untuk warehouse (ditempel pada palet). kendala terjadi ketika label untuk produksi diambil untuk diarsip, kemudian palet diserahkan pada WH, maka tidak ada identifikasi pada label yang menunjukkan nama/kode barang secara visual. sehingga WH tidak bisa memverifikasi secara visual apakah label sudah sesuai dengan fisik barang atau tidak.

But there are some constraints that should we pass on SATO'S team because the team might just SATO can reply providing solutions including:1. The addition of item code on the bottom of the QR Code. With consideration of the efficiency of the use of the label, then in this field during the execution of our split/cut manually label into 2 parts: the barcode for production archive (not affixed on the palette), the QR code for the warehouse (pasted on a pallet). constraint occurs when labels for production taken to archived, and then the palette submitted on WH, then there is no identification on the label indicating the name/code of the goods visually. so WH can not verify visually whether the label is in compliance with physical goods or not.Here we attach the original labels and label our proposal:
