Menteri Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman yang juga menjabat Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Menteri ESDM Luhut Binsar Panjaitan, baru saja melakukan pertemuan tertutup dengan Inpex Corporation. Pertemuan tersebut di luar jadwal Menko Maritim hari ini.

Luhut mengatakan, pertemuan dengan Inpex Corporation hari ini membahas lanjutan proses percepatan pembangunan Lapangan Gas Abadi, Blok Masela. Seperti izin Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (Amdal), yang rencananya proses perizinannya dipercepat dari 3 tahun menjadi 1-1,5 tahun.

"Pertama itu, kita minta Inpex percepat Amdal, bisa tidak tuh 1,5 tahun. Terus POD (Plan of Development), bisa tidak lebih cepat. Ketiga kita mau proyek IRR-nya (Internal Rate of Return) mereka tetap 15 persen jangan kurang karena kurang menarik. Keempat, kita minta Inpex sebanyak mungkin menggunakan produk dalam negeri," ujarnya di Gedung BPPT, Jakarta, Senin (5/9/2016).

"Saya kan melihat aspek bisnis dengan risikonya begitu. Terus saya bicara soal cadangan," ujarnya.

Sementara itu, Juru Bicara Inpex Corporation Usman Slamet mengatakan, pembicaraan dengan pihak pemerintah selama ini masih berjalan dengan lancar. Sebab kedua belah pihak memiliki satu pandangan yakni mempercepat realisasi proyek tersebut sesuai dengan catatan koridor hukum yang berlaku.

"Ya kita bicara mengenai masela. Intinya beliau (Luhut) sama seperti kita, proyek ini bisa jalan dengan cepat. Itu saja sih. Kita juga sepakat supaya proyek ini harus investable dan punya manfaat sebesar-besarnya bagi negara," kata Usman.
