Menyaksikan seorang perempuan menjadi gitaris grup band bisa dibilang merupakan sesuatu yang langka, apalagi melihat perempuan menjadi gitaris band beraliran death metal. Dialah Vivi Viskha gitaris perempuan pertama di Jakarta yang pertama kali memainkan musik-musik death metal.

Wanita kelahiran tahun 1975 tersebut tidak canggung membawakan musik-musik death metal, padahal waktu itu pada tahun 90an, kebanyakan orang memilih memainkan musik rock, heavy metal dan sejenisnya.

Karir Vivi sendiri dimulai pada tahun 1991, pada tahun 1992, dirinya memilih membentuk sebuah band beraliran deat metal dengan nama Ritual Doom. Sedangkan kecintaan dirinya terhadap musik cadas terbentuk dari lingkungan tempat dirinya berkumpul.

Selain itu ia juga terinspirasi band beraliran punk rock yakni Toilet yang saat itu memiliki personil dari kaum hawa. Beberapa kolega juga ikut berperan mendorong Vivi untuk memainkan musik death metal seperti para personil Alien Scream macam Iwan, Vicky dan kawan-kawan lainnya, yang selalu memberikan support dan masukan.

Sebagai seorang musisi, nama Vivi banyak diperhitungkan terutama di scene underground. Bisa dikatakan kiprahnya tidak hanya sebatas numpang lewat.

Ia tergolong musisi yang mampu menjaga eksistensi dan attitude. Dirinya juga aktif di dalam pergerakan scene, respect akan kegiatan komunitas serta berperan aktif dalam menjaga kelangsungan sebuah scene. Vivi termasuk generasi ke 2 di Scene Metal di Indonesia.
