Sesudah jangka waktu Hak Guna Bangunan dan perpanjangannya sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) berakhir, kepada bekas pemegang hak dapat diberikan pembaharuan Hak Guna Bangunan di atas tanah yang sama.
After a period of Building use rights and perpanjangannyaas mentioned in subsection (1) expires, to the formerthe holder of a right may be granted renewal of Building use rights inover the same ground.
After a period of Broking and extension referred to in paragraph (1) ends, the former holder of the right may be granted renewal of Broking in the same soil.
