JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com --- Jakarta Wage Council has established 14 companies in Jakarta that do not implement the provincial minimum wage (UMP) in 2014. The decision was obtained from the Wage Council meeting held January 24, 2014. Members of Jakarta Wage Council, Sarman Simanjorang , said 14 companies were engaged in labor-intensive sectors with labor variations ranging from 800 to 3,000 people. The whole company was in the Nusantara Bonded Zone.
