Noxa telah mengonfirmasi kabar akan tampil di salah satu festival musik metal ekstrem terbesar di Amerika Serikat, Maryland Deathfest 2015. Rencananya mereka akan berbagi panggung dengan band-band metal legendaris sekaliber Napalm Death, Sodom, Neurosis, Lock Up, Triptykon, Metal Church, D.R.I., dan lain-lain.

Maryland Deathfest 2015 akan diselenggarakan selama empat hari, yaitu 21-24 Mei di Baltimore, AS dengan puluhan band cadas yang akan tampil.

Band yang dibentuk sejak 2002 ini akhirnya mendapatkan kesempatan untuk konser pertama kali di Amerika Serikat. Sebelumnya, mereka telah beberapa kali menghajar panggung-panggung festival metal di Eropa, seperti Tuska Open Air pada 2008 dan 2013, lalu Obscene Extreme di Republik Ceko pada 2010. Malah pada Mei 2006, sebenarnya Noxa memiliki kesempatan untuk tampil di Jerman, tetapi saat itu mereka mendapat kendala dalam visa sehingga harus membatalkannya.

Mendiang drummer Noxa, Robin Hutagaol yang wafat pada 2009 silam didaulat sebagai Metal Ambassador oleh Rolling Stone Indonesia, ia berkontribusi besar bagi perkembangan karier Noxa, terutama di luar negeri.

Formasi terkini Noxa adalah Tonny (vokal), Ade (gitar), Dipa (bass), dan Alvin (drum), Noxa merilis album Legacy pada 2011. Album ketiga setelah Noxa (2002) dan Grind Viruses (2006) ini berisi 19 lagu dengan Robin yang masih berkontribusi di beberapa lagu.

Terdapat beberapa musisi internasional yang turut berkontribusi di album Legacy, yaitu lagu “Permanent Midnight” yang ditulis oleh pentolan Misery Index, Jason Netherton dan “Our Own Worst Enemy” oleh Shance McLachlan dari Phobia.
