Pihak Pertama bermaksud untuk menyewakan Apartment Cosmo Terrace Lantai 12 - Unit 12AC kepada Pihak Kedua selama 1 Bulan terhitung mulai tanggal Sembilan Bulan November Tahun 2014 sampai dengan tanggal Delapan Bulan Desember Tahun 2014 dengan harga Rp.8,000,000,- Terbilang Delapan Juta Rupiah sudah termasuk biaya pemeliharaan (maintenance fee), pemakaian air dan listrik(Ditambah Rp.4,000,000,- Terbilang Empat Juta Rupiah sebagai uang jaminan dan bita masa sewa selesai maka pihak pertama akan mengembalikan kepada pihak kedua setelah melunasi semua kewajiban yg dibebankan kepada pihak kedua).

Demikian surat kesepakatan ini kami buat dalam keadaan sehat jasmani dan tanpa ada paksaan dari pihak manapun dan untuk dapat dipergunakan sebagai mana mestinya.
