Rapat-rapat kecil mulai digelar sejak pertengahan 1995 di kediaman Ivan Scumbag yang juga merupakan markas ENG. Satu kendala utama pergelaran adalah minimnya dana produksi pertunjukan. Dana operasional untuk membiayai acara sepenuhnya memakai uang kas anggota ENG yang jumlahnya sangat terbatas sementara band yang disepakati manggung di Bandung Berisik I adalah Sacrilegious, Jasad, Infamy, Sonic Torment mewakili Ujungberung; Behead, Full Of Hate, dan Insanity mewakili komunitas musik Taman Lalu Lintas, Fatal Death mewakili Grind Ultimatum Cihampelas, serta Morbus Corpse dan Tympanic Membrane mewakili Bandung Lunatic Underground.Semua band yang manggung di BB 1 wajib membawakan lagu-lagu ciptaan sendiri.
