Memberikan kuasa kepada anggota direksi perseroan dengan harnenghadap notaris dan membuat atau minta dibuatkarr akta notaris keputusan sirkuler ini kedalarn pemyataatr keputusan pemegang hak substitusi untuk
mengenai pernyataan saham, mengajukan kepuiltsan sirkuler ini atau akte notaries mengenai keptrtusan sirlarler tersebut kepada KHHM atau otoritas pemerintah atau instansi berwenang sebagaimana yang diperlukan
dan melakukan tindakan apapun sebagaimana yang mungkin diperlukan untuk melaksanakan hal-hal lainnya demi berlalarnya dan pelaksanaan keputusan-keputusan tersebut diatas
