Untuk syarat pengajuan (batas umur, minimum penghasilan, dan status residensi) baca kembali bagian PERSYARATAN.

Untuk kelengkapan dokumen, pengajuan kartu kredit Bank Mandiri dapat dilakukan jika Anda sudah memiliki kartu kredit sebelumnya atau belum memiliki. Jika Anda sudah memiliki kartu kredit, harap melampirkan fotocopy bagian depan kartu Anda, serta dokumen berikut :
- Karyawan : fotocopy KTP/Paspor & Kitas (untuk WNA), SK Pangkat Terakhir, dan bukti penghasilan (Slip gaji/SKP/SPT)
- Wirausaha : fotocopy KTP/Paspor & Kitas (untuk WNA), fotocopy rekening tabungan 3 bulan terakhir, dan fotokopi akta pendirian/SIUP/TDP
- Profesional : fotocopy KTP/Paspor & Kitas (untuk WNA), bukti penghasilan (Slip gaji/SKP/SPT), dan fotocopy Surat Izin Profesi
- TNI/Polisi/PNS : fotocopy KTP/Paspor & Kitas (untuk WNA), SK Pangkat Terakhir, dan fotocopy rekening tabungan 3 bulan terakhir
- Untuk pengajuan Kartu Tambahan : fotocopy KTP/Paspor & Kitas (untuk WNA)

Sedangkan jika Anda belum memiliki kartu kredit sebelumnya, syarat dokumen yang harus dilengkapi adalah sama dengan syarat dokumen di atas.
Bila Anda mendapatkan batas limit kartu kredit lebih dari Rp 50 juta, maka persiapkan juga fotocopy NPWP Anda.
