(1) Udang spesies tertentu sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 yang tiba di pelabuhan Indonesia pada atau setelah tanggal ditetapkan Peraturan Bersama ini wajib direekspor ke negara asal atau dimusnahkan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan.
(2) Reekspor atau pemusnahan atas udang spesies tertentu sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 2 menjadi tanggung jawab dan/atau beban biaya importir.
