Pada tahun 2001-2002 Restless melak

Pada tahun 2001-2002 Restless melakukan Demo Tour di Jawa dan Sumatera. Setelah selesai demo tour tersebut, dalam selama setahun terjadi kepakuman di tubuh Restless karena ada kesibukan masing-masing. Walau dalam kepakuman Dani & Shule tetap mempersiapkan konsep materi baru. Pada bulan Juli 2002 Restless mulai masuk studio 41 Bandung. Penggarapan ini di bantu oleh engineered, Yayat (eks guitar Jasad) dan Toteng (Forgotten). Nuansa musik yang disuguhkan memang berbeda dengan album sebelumnya. Dan akhirnya melalui proses yang panjang keluarlah Shadow of Black.... sebagai mini album kedua Restless.
Keluarnya mini album kedua ini diserta perjalanan panjang Tour Shadow of Black 2003-2004. Ditahun 2004 juga bergabungnya Raga seorang pemain biola yang semakin memperkaya konsep bermusik Resstless. Dengan kekuatan baru tersebut Resstless kembali berencana masuk dapur rekaman untuk menggarap album ketiga.
Penggarapan album ketiga ini terbilang merupakan perjalanan yang panjang bagi Restless sendiri karena prosesnya memakan waktu hampir 3 tahun. Kembali Studio 41 menjadi tempat penggarapan album ketiga. Setelah musik selesai digarap, ujian datang menimpa Restless setengah master rekaman Restless hilang dalam pembackup-an data di Studio 41. Kerja keras yang telah dilakukan akhirnya membuat para personil down, pada saat ini juga kembali terjadi kepakuman di tubuh Restless, masing-masing personil kembali pada kesibukkan mereka dan melupakan sejenak kejadian tersebut.
Di tahun 2005 datang Kajul seorang teman yang juga pemilik Tru Lies Prod. menawarkan kembali penggarapan album ketiga Restless di Kanna Studio miliknya Om Mail. Restless kemudian mengubah konsep bermusiknya dengan tetap memasukan unsur khas Restless dalam penggarapan masuk studio rekaman. Dalam pengerjaannya Mala mengundurkan diri dari Restless karena kesibukkannya. Walau belum mendapat pengganti vokalis, penggarapan musik terus dilanjutkan. Atas bantuan teman baik di Kanna Studio, Restless diperkenalkan seorang vokalis bernama Sheila. Datangnya Sheila menambah nuansa Restless menjadi penuh warna. Awal 2007 rampung sudah album ketiga Restless dengan titel “Hariku Lebih Hitam dari Gelapnya Malam”.
Restless kembali pakum oleh kesibukan masing-masing personil di tahun 2008-2009, kemudian Shule, Eko Dewo dan raga berinisatif menelurkan single bernuansa religi di awal ramadhan 2010. Studio Extend menjadi tempat penggarapan 2 single tersebut, untuk vokal dibantu Devita (Armored/ Terrible Symphonic). Dengan bantuan Oteng Forgotten & Andri Extend di studio akhirnya selesai penggarapan 2 single Restless. Pada 2011 ini Restless sedang mempersiapkan materi untuk album terbarunya.
