Bank dilarang menggunakan kata ”deposit”, ”deposito”, ”terproteksi”, “giro”,
“tabungan”, dan/atau kata lain yang dapat memberikan persepsi kepada Nasabah
bahwa Bank memberikan proteksi pengembalian pokok Strcutured Product
secara penuh, apabila Structured Product yang diterbitkan oleh Bank tidak
disertai dengan proteksi penuh atas pokok dalam mata uang asal pada saat jatuh
tempo.
