Bank Nationalnobu adalah Lembaga Keuangan berjenis Perbankan di Indonesia. Bank ini berpusat di Jakarta.

Berawal dari PT Bank Alfindo Sejahtera yang dimiliki Alfi Gunawan, pendiri dari Ades yang berdiri pada 1989. Pada tahun 2007 berubah menjadi PT Bank NationalNobu.

Karena tak sanggup memenuhi Arsitektur Perbankan Indonesia, Alfi Gunawan pun menjual Bank National Nobu ke Lippo Group yang didirikan Mochtar Riady pada 2010[1]. Hal ini menandakan kembalinya Lippo Group ke dunia perbankan,setelah melepas kepergian Lippo Bank yang diambil alih pemerintah,lalu dijual ke Swissasia, yang kemudian dijual ke Khazanah Berhad. Mochtar Riady melalui PT Kharisma Buana Nusantara (Lippo Group) menyuntik dana sebesar Rp 60 miliar sekaligus mengambil posisi pemegang saham mayoritas (69,2%) dan 30,8% sisanya akan menjadi milik Yantony Nio, CEO Pikko.[2]. Pemegang saham perusahaan terkini adalah (setelah IPO) :PT Kharisma Buana Nusantara atau Mochtar Riady menjadi 24,12%, Nio Yantony 9,65%, PT Prima Cakrawala Sentosa 5,08%, PT Lippo General Insurance Tbk 5,08%, dan PT Putera Mulia Indonesia 4,06%, lalu 52% oleh masyarakat.

Pada akhir tahun 2011, kantor pusat Bank NationalNobu pindah dari Jembatan Lima ke Graha Granadha di Jend Sudirman. Kemudian kembali pindah hingga saat ini berlokasi di Plaza Semanggi Lt. UG dan 9, Jln. Jend. Sudirman Kav.50, Jakarta. Nuansa kantor di lantai UG yang cerah dan transparan menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi pengunjung mall yang berlalu lalang.
