Sejak masa penggalangan dana online pada pertengahan 2013, Misi Medis Suriah telah mengirim bantuan kemanusiaan mencapai 16 milyar Rupiah. Dana dari para Muhsinin tersebut tidak dipotong dengan tetek-bengek operasional atau semacamnya. Untuk operasional dan pengiriman relawan, MMS memiliki sumber pembiayaan sendiri yang terpisah dari donasi kemanusiaan.

Begitu juga untuk membiayai kegiatan NGO di basecamp Indonesia, insya Allah sebisa mungkin ditanggung oleh pengurus pribadi. Tim yang dibentuk pun sekecil mungkin namun efektif dan efisien. Sehingga tetap mampu "melayani" para donatur dengan sebaik-baiknya, setepat-tepatnya pada yang berhak.
