RMOL. Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah melakukan ekspose alias gelar perkara menyangkut penyelidikan kasus dugaan korupsi kegiatan di Kementerian Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) tahun anggaran 2011 - 2013. Dalam penyelidikan tersebut Jero Wacik disebut-sebut terlibat.

Ekspose atau gelar perkara sendiri selama ini kerap dilakukan KPK untuk menaikkan setatus penyelidikan suatu kasus ke tahap penyidikan. Hal itu diikuti oleh penetapan status tersangka.

Soal apakah ekspose tersebut dilakukan guna menentukan status hukum Jero Wacik, pria yang biasa disapa BW ini enggan menjelaskan lebih lanjut. Didesak lagi, dia menjawab diplomatis.

"Hasil eksposenya dong, kan sudah ada ekspose, hasil eksposenya apakah sudah ada apa belum, tapi hasil ekspose akan diberitahukan," tandas Bambang.

Diketahui, KPK sudah memanggil Menteri ESDM Jero Wacik dan sejumlah pihak lainnya menyangkut penyelidikan kasus dugaan korupsi kegiatan di Kementerian ESDM tahun anggaran 2011 - 2013. Selain Jero, pihak yang sudah dimintai keterangan adalah Staf Khusus Presiden, Daniel Sparingga dan istri Jero Wacik, Trienawati. Dari informasi dihimpun, penyelidikan itu merupakan upaya KPK menelusuri dugaan penggunaan anggaran tidak wajar di kementerian tersebut.[wid]
