Dear All,
We want to inform you all what Kitahara-san
and Tini-san (QA/QC mgr) called me and IT members many times
to clean-up the virus from some PC include Tokaritsu PC.
Tini-san strongly said “It is very urgent to get/print data
for Export. We must export NPI product to customer but
the the PC can’t output the result-data. Please help”.
When I checked the condition, PC is operate normally. But :
a. The data can’t be printed out :
The cause : “When old printer was mall-function in the past time,
there is no printer (new printer) can be installed due to
no available printer driver that suitable with OS (Windows-2000) used”.
b. “Print-To-File” mode to “Be Printed on Other PC” can’t be executed
due to the file copied to a transfer flash-disk is unreadable due to virused.
By above condition, we want to inform and find a support that
so far we can’t support Tini-san (QA/QC) for printing-out
the spectrophotometer data ouput what is urgently-required
for Product Export.
I also said many times and also yesterday to Mubasir-san (Coating member)
to try to get a technical support from Japanese member at Nittohkogaku side
as far as possible.
As an IT-member that was requested to support to solve these problems,
so we need a support also from Nakata-san as IT-Manager of Nittohkogaku
as we can’t solve them here at NPI by our-self.
Lastly, excuse me as if it was any kinds of miss or wrong information.
