Kami mohon informasi lanjutannya mengenai hal dibawahmengenai planning penyelesaiannya.
Karena kami merasa pengerjaan dari Pihak Satonagatomi ada yang tertunda & tidak tuntas.

- Pada tanggal 26 June, kami di remote dari Satonagatomi oleh pak Pangsor untuk share system pada PC yg lain,serta akan mengaaktifkan windows acces

namun sepertinya belum selesai dan tidak ada kelanjutannya lagi serta tidak ada follow up ke kami apakah pengerjaan tersebut sudah selesai atau belum.



- BHT yang sudah diperbaiki kapan akan dikirim, saya sudah fax balasan konfirmasi service.


- Kami belum mendapat kepastian kapan system assort akan selesai.



- Hasil scanner yang lompat yang pernah saya email belum ada tanggapan sama sekali.



Kami sangat meminta kerjasamanya dari pihak Satonagatomi mengenai hal hal tersebut diatas, karena kami tidak bisa menjelaskan ke customer kami jika dari pihak Satonagatomi Tidak ada kejelasan sama sekali.

The scanner results jump I ever email there has been no response at all.
